1. Purchasing a Subscription

Purchasing a subscription on the Frost* website will give you full access to the subscription's latest offerings and updates for a period of one year. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• There is no warranty or in any other way any form of liability on the side of Frost*.

• Frost* reserves the right to make price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

2. Use & Limitations

After purchasing a subscription, you can use it to view content that will generally not be publicly available but may occasionally overlap with existing content in the public domain. You may also have access to download certain content (Video Footage in MP4 format) solely for your own personal use and entertainment. 

In this respect, it is expressly prohibited for you to engage in activities such as copying or creating duplicates of any downloaded content from our website and then, for profit:

• creating your own formats including but not limited to CD, DVD for distributon or sale to others

• creation of any other or format for viewing online streaming services such as YouTube/Vimeo etc.

Such unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or any form of duplication of our intellectual property is strictly forbidden. We reserve all rights to our work, and any infringement will be subject to legal consequences. It is essential to respect and adhere to copyright laws to ensure the protection of our intellectual property and our creative endeavors.

3. Access

Your subscription purchase creates a login account and your login details will be emailed to you at the point of payment for your subscription. You must use a validation link in that e-mail in order to activate your account at which point you will then be able to log in to the website to view the content for subscribers.

Sharing your login details with others is frowned upon and could compromise your own security which is to be avoided at all costs. We trust you will encourage others to create their own accounts as needed. 

4. Duration

All subscriptions have a time limit of 12 months afterwards you may renew your subscription or allow it to elapse.

We will send you a reminder of the close expiry of your subscription wherever possible. If you chose a recurring subscription we will automatically renew your membership on your behalf.

If you fail to renew your subscription you will no longer be able login to the website or access subscriber based content.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments with Debit, Credit Card via PayPal and PayPal account.

6. Support

You may request our support  at anyt time using our Contact us page (Monday to Friday).

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription in the following situations:

• Unreasonable behavior on your part

• Bad / abusive language

• Inapproriate communications about us, our services or subsciptions or goods which may harm our repution

• Any other form of discrimination towards others

6. Communication

At the point of creating your subscription you have the ability to opt in to our newsletters (this feature is also available on our Contact Us page).

If you do not wish to receive these newsletters then you do not have to opt in and if you did choose to receive them you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those newsletters or by using our contact us page and asking us to remove you from the list.

7. Refund policy

We cannot offer refunds once a subscription has commenced. If you need assistance in such a case, use our Contact Us page with your request and we will endeavour to assist.
